RaptorLead — Automated Service Dispatch Notifications
RaptorLead is an automated dispatch notification service designed for home service businesses such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trade professionals. When a customer calls your business after hours and leaves a voicemail, RaptorLead transcribes the message, classifies the urgency using AI, and sends SMS notifications so you can get plumbing, electrical, and other services scheduled and dispatched to your customers in a timely manner.
SMS messages are used exclusively for:
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on incoming customer service requests. You will only receive SMS messages when a customer contacts your business requesting service. Typical volume is 1–10 messages per week depending on your call volume. Account owners also receive one weekly summary report on Mondays. You will never receive unsolicited messages — all messages are directly triggered by a customer request or a system action you initiated.
RaptorLead does not charge customers or end users for SMS messages. Message and data rates are not billed to the customer by RaptorLead. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific messaging plan and any associated costs.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from RaptorLead at any time:
After opting out by sending STOP, you will no longer receive any SMS notifications from RaptorLead. To resume receiving messages, text START to the same number or contact our support team. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the RaptorLead web dashboard.
By creating a RaptorLead account and providing your phone number during registration, you expressly consent to receive automated, recurring SMS text messages from RaptorLead related to service dispatch operations as described in this document. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke your consent at any time by texting STOP to your RaptorLead number.
Customers who call your business and leave a voicemail may receive a one-time transactional SMS confirming their service request has been received and that a technician is being scheduled. This message is directly related to the service the customer requested and does not require prior opt-in under applicable regulations.
All SMS messages sent through RaptorLead are transactional and service-related. Messages contain job summaries, customer contact information, appointment confirmations, technician assignment details, approval requests, and weekly business performance reports. RaptorLead will never send promotional, advertising, or marketing content via SMS.
RaptorLead SMS messaging is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability.

RaptorLead reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you via email at the address associated with your account at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
